6. Legal basis for processing

a. If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, this consent constitutes  legal basis for the processing (Art. 6 para. 1 point a GDPR).

b. Art. 6 par. 1 point b RGPD represents the legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purpose of initiation or carrying out of a contract concluded with you.

c. If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligations (e.g. for data retention), the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 point c GDPR.

d. In addition, we process personal data for the purpose of safeguarding our legitimate interests, as well as the legitimate interests of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 point f GDPR. Assuring the functionality of our IT systems, but also the marketing of our own and external products and services, as well as the legally required documentation of business contacts,belong to these legitimate interests.

7. Deletion of your personal data

We will also delete your personal data as soon as the purpose for which it was collected and processed by our services has ceased to exist. After this date, storage may only take place if this is necessary under the applicable laws, regulations or other legal requirements of the European Union or a Member State of the European Union.

a. As a data subject, you have a right of access to the data (Art. 15 GDPR),to its  rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), its erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

It is valid from the moment you lodge your withdrawal of consent. The validity of the processing of such data on another legal basis, in particular for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations (see section "Legal basis for processing"), is also not affected.

If you subscribe to the newsletter on our website, the data collected for our subscription will only be used for sending the newsletter if you don't allow other uses. You can at any time cancel yout subscription using the "unsubscribe button".
